basic role playing rules

here is a list of all the rules for role playing in this forum

1. NO GOD MODDING!! what is god modding you might ask? god modding is simply making you or your mobile suit as powerful as an true GOD such as making them invincible to every attack no matter how powerful they are and also when they attack you they say "i shoot my lazer cannon etc. and it hits you killing you and destroying your suit making me win" thats not allowed that basically said they controlled your charachter to where it cant move so you do get hit the proper way to say that is "i fire my lazer cannon towards you aiming to kill you and destroy your mobile suit" by saying that they give you a chance to either block or dodge the attack and is the proper way to role play everyon has to include "aim to" to show it doesnt automatically kill or hit you if your role playing and see anyone god modding as such dont hesitate to PM the mods,admins or webmaster about this the god modder WILL BE DEALT WITH god modding also has severe punishments but we give our users 3 chances like 3 strikes in baseball for god modding 1 strike = temporary 1 day ban 2 strikes = temporary 1 week ban 3 strikes = permanentley BANNED

2. NO OVERLOADING OF WEAPONS AND POWERS this basically means you have yourself a mobile suit and it is packed with like 10-20 different weapons thats a big no no on here there has never been a single mobile suit that has possesed that amount of weapons and makes it not fair to other role players of the forum so the limitations to weapons on a single mobile suit are 4 main weapons, 2 sub weapons and up to 2 attachments go over that limit and there will be consequences

3. theres limits to how many mobile suits you are allowed to posses with one pilot the maximum limit of mobile suits one person can posses are up to 6 major (licensed) mobile suits and 3 MS (mass production mobile suits) why is that? because in the franchise Char Aznable the red comet was the pilot who piloted the most amount of mobile suits ever in the franchise he piloted his char's Zaku II, Char's Z'gok, Char's Gelgoog, the Zeong, the Rick Dias, the Hyaku Shiki, and the Sazabi all of those mobile suits EXCLUDING THE RICK DIAS were major/ licensed mobile suits which were 6 suits thats that and as for 3 MS mobile suits that is because well say all of your major/licensed mobile suits are to damaged to be used in combat and need repairs and you still wanna fight? just jump into a MS mobile suit and your good to go

4. limits to a suits powers there are certain mobile suits with special powers like how the turn A gundam can use nano bots to repair small damages dealt to the suit and such so heres the rules ONLY MAJOR/LICENSED MOBILE SUITS ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE SPECIAL POWERS AND MAJOR/LICENSED MOBILE SUITS ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO POSSES UP TO 3 SPECIAL POWERS any more than that will be god mod and consequences will be dealt as such

5. you can only Role Play as up to 1 pilot at a time we dont need a user who has around 5 pilots that is definatley not fair so of course everyone can only use 1 pilot however a user who already has a pilot can make another pilot for safe keeping just in case there current pilot is killed or is to injured to even pilot a mobile suit anymore that they can use the pilot has to be approved by a mod admin or the webmaster of course

6. chatbox rules please keep the chatbox clean people dont wanna see or talk about sexual,extreme profanity, and anything else as such if seen the person violating this rule will be temporarily or permenantley banned from the chatbox

7. Do not double post or triple post or quadruple post ect. Wait for someone else to post. And if their are more than 2 people in the topic have an order of posts eg person 1, person 2, person 3 repeat

8. Please do not use 1st person or 2nd person text. Use third person so no i, me or my. eg 'i went to the store (NO)" it should be 'Dragoon Pilot Dj went to the store (YES)"

9. No auto Dodging this is like auto hitting but instead you dodge every attack thats illegal unless their is a great difference in strength. Eg 'Makai dodged tims attack (NO)" should be 'Makai saw tim coming at him. Makai quickly moved to the left and rolled' Your dodge must be detailed as your hit should be as well be descriptive please.

10. DO not control another persons character. LIke dragging them off somewhere the user decides where their character goes not someone else

11. PLease use "speech marks for text" when a character is speaking to part speaking from the actual text

12. When you post in third person if you having a flash back please change the color of the text, if you want to color code instead of speech marks go on a head, but we dont want every word a different color and stuff.

13. Of course no God-modding. This includes auto hitting etc. eg 'Makai hit Tim in the face and killed him (Big no) it should be 'Makai threw a right hook at tim aiming for his right cheek'
